The following uses of the Claract platform are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination of your account, and legal action where appropriate.

Submitting notices that are not real property management communications

Claract is designed exclusively for the review of legitimate residential property management notices, lease documents, and fee schedules. Submitting synthetic, test, or non-property-management content to probe system behavior is prohibited.

Using Claract findings as legal opinions or legal certifications

Compliance Packets and AI-generated findings are review guidance only. Using Claract output as a legal opinion, compliance certification, or substitute for legal counsel is strictly prohibited.

Submitting documents containing resident personal data beyond what is needed for the review

Upload only the documents and data necessary for the review. Do not submit unnecessary resident personal information, financial records, or other sensitive data unrelated to the notice being reviewed.

Sharing Compliance Packets in a way that implies legal certification

When sharing packets internally or externally, you must preserve all disclaimers and the 'not legal advice' framing. Removing, obscuring, or misrepresenting the nature of Claract findings is prohibited.

Automated scraping of the Claract platform

Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to access, extract, or collect data from the Claract platform without written authorization is prohibited.

Using Claract to create a competing notice compliance review service

You may not use Claract to develop, train, or operate a competing product or service that offers notice compliance review, AI-powered document analysis for property management, or similar functionality.

Attempting to circumvent the jurisdiction coverage limitations

Claract's jurisdiction library covers specific states. Attempting to bypass these limitations — through false location data, VPN manipulation, or other means — to apply jurisdiction rules to unsupported states is prohibited.
