- What is a Compliance Packet?A Compliance Packet is the full record of a notice review: the draft as submitted, the findings Claract returned, the rules cited, the actions taken by the reviewer, and the final sign-off.
- How to sign off a Compliance PacketOnce every Block finding has been resolved or explicitly dismissed, the Sign Off button activates on the packet page. Clicking it records your name and timestamp on the packet and locks the findings.
- How to export a Compliance Packet as PDFClick Export PDF on any packet detail page. The PDF includes the cover summary, finding-by-finding detail with quoted text, the reviewer actions, and the standard AI advisory disclaimer on every page.
- How to share a Compliance Packet linkClick Share on the packet page. Claract generates a tokenized URL you can send to counsel or an outside reviewer. The recipient does not need a Claract account.
- How long share links are validShare links expire 7 days after they are created. Once expired, the link page shows an expiry message and prompts the recipient to request a new link.
