Getting Started

Set up your organization, properties, and run your first review.

  • First review: from approval to signed-off packet
This is the fast path for a brand-new user. Follow it once and the rest of Claract makes sense.
  • How to submit your first notice for review
Open the Review Queue from the left sidebar and click New Review. Choose the property the notice will be served on, pick the notice type, and either paste the notice draft or upload a PDF/DOCX file.
  • Setting up your organization and first property
From Settings → Organization, set your organization name, primary state, and approximate unit count. This drives the default jurisdiction Claract uses when you start a new review.
  • How to add your fee schedule before reviewing
Claract checks notice drafts against the fee schedule active for the property at the time of the review. Before you submit your first notice, add a fee schedule under Fee Schedules → New Fee Schedule.
  • Understanding the Review Queue
The Review Queue is the home screen for active work. It lists every notice review in progress or awaiting sign-off, with the property, notice type, finding counts, and reviewer.
  • How approval-gated access works
Claract is pilot-only during early access. New signups create a pending profile that must be approved by your organization administrator before the workspace opens.
