Notice Review

Submit, interpret, and act on notice findings.

  • What notice types Claract can review
Claract reviews resident-facing notices including late-fee notices, rent-increase and renewal notices, lease violation and cure notices, parking and pet violations, entry notices, and non-renewal notices.
  • How to paste or upload a notice draft
On the New Review screen you can either paste the notice text directly into the editor or upload a PDF or DOCX file. Uploaded files are extracted to text before review.
  • What to do when a Block finding appears
A Block finding means Claract identified language that, if served as-is, has a meaningful risk of being unenforceable or non-compliant under the rules loaded for that jurisdiction.
  • Understanding Review vs. Block vs. Note findings
Block: high-confidence compliance issue — fix before serving.
  • How to accept, edit, or dismiss a finding
Each finding has Accept, Edit, and Dismiss actions. Accepting records your acknowledgment in the compliance packet. Editing lets you add a note explaining how the issue was resolved.
