Each finding has Accept, Edit, and Dismiss actions. Accepting records your acknowledgment in the compliance packet. Editing lets you add a note explaining how the issue was resolved.
Dismissing a finding requires a short reason and is logged in the audit trail. Dismissed findings still appear in the packet so the decision is preserved.
