1. Open the Jurisdiction Coverage page (linked from the footer or the Settings → Properties screen).
2. Find your state in the coverage table.
3. Each state is marked Live, In Development, or Not Yet Scheduled. Live states include fee-cap rules, notice-period rules, and fair-housing scans tuned to that jurisdiction.
4. If your state is In Development, Claract still runs the fair-housing scan and general drafting checks — state-specific fee-cap and notice-period rules are skipped and the review is clearly marked.
5. Need a state prioritized? Contact support and tell us your unit count and jurisdictions. We use that to sequence the roadmap.
