Every review runs a dedicated fair-housing language scan in parallel with the main compliance review. It looks for language that could create fair-housing exposure — including phrasing about familial status, source of income, disability, and national origin.
Results are summarized as Low, Moderate, or Elevated risk. Elevated risk shows an amber warning panel above the packet.
